We help the community when it needs help the most. RMPDS’s Public Health Emergency Service (PHES) hotlines provide consistent, accurate and up-to-date information to the public and providers. In addition, these hotlines serve as a consistent arena for gathering and aggregating data on potential or evolving public health issues. When there’s an emergency, we’re there to help with public health information, call management, and answers.
